If you have only ever had basil pesto (one of THE most delicious things on earth), then you’re in for a BIG treat!
I liked basil pesto so much, when my mom mentioned trying a parsley pesto, I was like, “There’s no comparison!”.
And that’s kind of true. They taste different. But both are green, and healthy, and oily, and cheesy, and both are extremely delicious!
Is it okay to post a recipe that you haven’t tried yourself?
Because this rigatoni just looked too good to pass by without drawing attention to it!

Okay, so we’ve made this casserole several times in the past few weeks, and I thought it was about time for another recipe post.
First off, this is a great recipe for “customization” (I think our recipe we made was slightly different). You can change a lot of things about it.
These cupcakes are SO good!
I’ve made them several times for my family. The combination of almond and chocolate is wonderful.
Plus the different ways chocolate is paired up (you’ve got chocolate cupcake, chocolate syrup drizzle, and chopped chocolate chips).
