Now, I always think breakfasts should be fairly easy and quick. I mean, you’re starting a day (maybe that you wish you weren’t starting) and you need some quick energy to get you up and going!
Breakfast is actually the most important meal of the day. It equips you (or doesn’t) for most of the day, for your most productive hours.
These muffins are SO delicious. And they’re quick mix-ups, especially if you have a better blender than we do (ugh! that old blender).
Look at what you’re getting, though. PEANUT BUTTER. I always love peanut butter for a quick energy-boost.
So, these muffins have only honey, no sugar, are gluten-and dairy-free–and they taste absolutely AMAZING. Really–our family doesn’t need the gluten or dairy cut out (except for my youngest brother–the dairy) but we make these anyway. For the taste, and anything with such a list of ingredients is healthy.
